口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的疗效探讨

目的：对口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙临床效果进行探讨.方法：资料选自201 2年2月～2013年2月在我院诊治的先天性缺牙患者68例,所有患者均行口腔修复治疗,分析患者的治疗效果,以及治疗后的咀嚼功能评分和语言功能评分.结果：分析患者口腔修复的疗效情况,其总有效率为94.12％;分析患者治疗前后的语言功能和咀嚼功评分情况,治疗后的语言功能评分和咀嚼功能评分均得到显著的提高,并且患者治疗前后语言功能和咀嚼功能的组内比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：予以先天性缺牙患者口腔修复治疗,可减少并发症和不良反应的发生率,并有利于良好咀嚼功能和语言功能的形成和恢复,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of congenital missing tooth prosthodontics.Methods Data from February 2012 to February 2013 in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of congenital missingteeth patients 68 cases,all patients underwent dental treatment,and the masticatory function score and the score of language function.Results A clinical analysis of patients with oral cavity repair,the total efficiency of 94.12%; analysis of language function ofpatients before and after treatment and masticatory function score,language function score after treatment and masticatory function scores were significantly increased,and the language function of patients before and after treatment with statistical significance and masticatory function within group differences （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Be congenital missing tooth patient oral cavity repair treatment,can reduce complications and the incidence of adverse reaction,and is conducive to the formation of good masticatory function and the language function and recovery,a significant effect,it is worth in clinical widely used.
