摘要
目的：探讨牙体预备对口腔修复的临床效果的影响.方法：根据贴面形态和覆盖牙体范围将烤瓷贴面（PLV）牙体预备分为Ⅰ型、L型和U型3种,用于着色牙和前牙间隙、缺损等修复,PLV采用长石质PLV瓷系统制作,双重固化树脂粘结系统粘结,观察6～22个月,考察3种牙体预备类型的适应证、最终美学效果、粘结强度及牙本质敏感性等.结果：观察组治疗的效果、患者反馈的情况以及并发症的发病率下降的情况显著优于对照组,两组患者相比较的差异具有一定程度的统计学意义.结论：在进行口腔美容修复牙体预备过程中,在达到固定位置的前提下,必须满足口腔美容患者的各种要求.
Objective To investigate the effects of tooth preparation for oral cavity repair of clinical effect.Methods The porcelain veneer veneer coveraccording to the shape and tooth range （PLV） of tooth preparation is divided into I type,L type and U type 3 kinds,used for repairing discolored teeth andanterior teeth gap,defect,PLV uses feldspathic PLV ceramic system,dual curing resin adhesive system bond,observation of 6～22 months,Study 3 Kinds of tooth preparation indications,finally the aesthetic effect,bond strength andthe dentin sensitivity etc.Results The observation group cure patients and patient satisfaction were significantly better than the control group,the patients in observation group with the incidence and recurrence rate ofcomplications was significantly lower than the control group,with statisticalsignificance difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Oralcosmetic restoration for tooth preparation,the repair retention at the same time,should maintain its function and appearance,to meet the variousneeds of patients with repair.
