摘要
以汽车用6111铝合金为研究对象,通过实验分析了轧制铝合金力学性能的各向异性。结果表明,无论是烤漆态还是预时效后室温放置态,轧向试样的屈服强度最大,与轧向呈45°方向试样的伸长率最大。这种力学性能的各向异性是由组织结构上的差异导致的。
With 6111 aluminum alloy material used for automotive as research object, the anisotropy in the mechanical properties of rolled Al-alloy was investigated. The results show that the Al-alloy with either T4P or BH states has maximal yield strength along the rolled direction, and a maximal elongation at the 45° deviates from the rolling direction. And the anisotropy difference of the material mechanical properties results from the microstructures difference.
