摘要
结合5052铝合金生产工艺,分析了影响其伸长率的因素,提出提高5052铝合金伸长率的对策和方法。结果表明,通过控制铁和硅的含量和使用新型Al-5Ti-0.2B晶粒细化剂均可以使5052铝合金的伸长率达到20%以上。
The influencing factors on elongation of 5052 aluminum alloy were analyzed, and strategies to improve elongation were proposed. The results show that the elongation of 5052 aluminum alloy can be improved to 20% by controlling the content of Fe and Si and using Al-5Ti-0.2B grain refiner.
