摘要
研究了不同热处理工艺对高钒铸铁组织和性能的影响。结果表明,经860℃淬火空冷后试样具有最高的硬度,为64.6 HRC。当淬火温度超过860℃时,组织中碳化物的含量减少,残余奥氏体量增加,材料硬度降低。
The effects of different heat treatment process on the microstructure and properties of high vanadium cast iron were studied. The results show that the sample of air-cooled after quenching at 860 ℃ obtains the optimal hardness which is 64.6 HRC. When the quenching temperature exceeds 860 ℃, remained austenite increase and the hardness decrease.
