摘要
在浇注RR350铝合金过程中添加2%的混合稀土,以研究稀土对RR350铸造铝合金性能的影响。结果表明,添加稀土后能够促进RR350合金晶粒细化,材料的室温强度提升了近10%,其断口表现为明显的韧性断裂。稀土的添加能够提升RR350铝合金的综合力学性能,拓展铝合金的应用范围。
Adding mixed rare earth of 2% into RR350 cast aluminum alloy during pouring, the effects of rare earth on the properties of RR350 aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that adding rare earth can promote grain refinement of RR350 alloy, the strength of the materials at room temperature is improved by near 10%, the fracture show significant ductile fracture. Adding rare earth in RR350 alloy can enhance the comprehensive mechanical properties, expand the application scope of this alloy.
