三工位熔模制壳机设计与试验

摘要 为解决手工蜡模制壳过程中工人劳动强度大、模壳质量不易保证的问题,设计了一种三工位熔模制壳机,实现了挂钩-沾浆-粘砂-摘钩的连续循环作业。制壳机结构包括底座、机械臂转盘、机械臂转盘上120°均布的3个机械臂模块和超声波传感器。3个机械臂模块在机械臂转盘的带动下依次到达三工位的位置,机械臂模块完成熔模的升降、摆动、伸缩和旋转动作。超声波传感器检测浆面和浮砂面的高度值超过预设值后报警,提醒作业人员添料。试验结果表明,三工位熔模制壳机的制壳效率明显高于手工制壳,壳模浇注后的铸件尺寸精度和表面粗糙度值也略高于手工制壳。 In order to solve the problems of large labor intensity and poor mold shell quality in manual wax shell molding process, a three-position melt-molded shell-made machine was designed to achieve continuous cycle operation of hook, dipping, sticky sand and uncoupling. The machine was including the base, the manipulator turntable, three manipulator modules in 120° placed on the manipulator turntable, and the ultrasonic sensor. The manipulator modules reach three-station location in proper order under manipulator driving to complete the wax lifting, swinging, scaling and rotation movements. The ultrasonic sensor detects the height of the slurry surface and the floating sand surface. Testing results show that the work efficiency of the machine is significantly higher than handwork, and the casting dimensional accuracy and surface roughness are also slightly higher than the handmade shell.
