铸造用电磁泵激光定悬浮高度对定量精度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 从铸造用电磁泵定量浇注系统的机理分析入手,分别进行了恒定参数法、容积补偿法和定悬浮高度法的实验研究和理论分析。结果表明,在非恒定量输出时,定悬浮高度法的定量方案最佳。随后又分别采用金属探针、陶瓷探针及激光测距仪测定悬浮高度,实验研究各种方法对定量精度及稳定性的影响;发现激光测距法定悬浮高度可大大提高定量的精度。 From the mechanism analysis of quantitative pouring system of electromagnetic pump used for casting, the experimental study and theoretical analysis of constant parameter method, volume compensation method and suspension height method were conducted, respectively. Then the suspension height was measured by metal probe, ceramics probe and laser rangefinder respectively, and the influence of various methods in experimental research on quantitative accuracy and stability was analyzed. The results show that the quantitative suspension height method is the best quantitative plan in the unsteady quantitative output. And the suspension height of laser ranging method can improve the quantitative accuracy greatly.
