摘要
低压铸造工艺生产出的汽车铝合金轮毂具有尺寸精度高、充型平稳以及铸件质量高等特点,但是铸件中也存在缩松缺陷。针对汽车铝合金轮毂在低压铸造条件下,出现的缩松以及缩孔等缺陷的现象,应用数值模拟技术进行了缺陷预测以及模具优化。
The aluminum alloy wheel hub was produced by low pressure casting with the characteristics of high dimensional accuracy, steady filling and higher quality of casting, but there were shrinkage defects in the castings. Aiming at shrinkage porosity and shrinkage cavity defects of aluminum alloy wheel hub in the condition of low pressure casting, the defect prediction and mould optimization were conducted by numerical simulation technology.
