摘要
以行星轮架铸件为研究对象,分析了该铸件砂型铸造工艺的缺陷,提出了熔模铸造工艺。结合该铸件的结构特征设计了3种模具制造方案、浇道以及浇注参数。研究表明,抽芯结构的组合压型以及十字横浇道的设计,可以得到较高品质的行星轮架铸件。
Taking planet wheel frame castings as research object, the defects of sand casting process of the castings were analyzed. Investment casting process was proposed. The three kinds of mould manufacturing schemes, pouring gate and casting parameters were designed combined with the structure features of the casting. The results show that the designs of core-pulling structure forming and cross runner ware adopted, the planetary wheel frame castings with high quality can be obtained.
