变矩器涡轮高压铸造生产方案设计及实践

摘要 针对液力变矩器涡轮叶片较薄及整体质量不大的结构特点,为提高其生产率及产品质量,采用高压铸造工艺,并通过数值模拟进行工艺验证,充分预测多种铸造缺陷,进行高压铸造生产。采用ProCAST铸造模拟软件,对涡轮高压铸造充型、热传导、凝固过程和应力场进行数值模拟分析,并对涡轮高压铸造的实际生产工艺参数进行验证。制定液力变矩器涡轮高压铸造生产流程,确定了高压铸造的最终工艺参数。 For the structural features of thin wall and overall small quality of torque converter turbine blade castings, high pressure casting process was used, and the casting process was verified by numerical simulation, a variety of casting defects were fully predicted in high pressure casting production. Using ProCAST casting simulation software, the casting filling, heat transfer, solidification and stress field in high-pressure casting process for the turbine were numerically simulated and analyzed, and the actual process parameters of the high-pressure turbine casting in production were validated. A high pressure casting process flow was developed for torque converter turbine, the ultimate high-pressure casting process parameters were determined.
