摘要 只是简单地按传统方式,依据企业在熔炼环节或造型(制芯)使用方法及设备,或企业的生产规模,用于评价铸造企业能源消耗(浪费)的状况优劣来决定企业命运是不准确且不完善的。在对企业的销售收入与企业能源消耗的关系、企业的工业增加值与企业能源消耗的关系进行研究后认为,无论铸造企业的性质、组织形式、规模大小、市场定位、生产领域、生产方式及手段等如何发生改变,都只能改变铸造企业总能耗量的绝对值大小及铸造企业总能耗量的构成形式。以销售收入、工业增加值为基础的单位能耗量将企业的生产经营状况与能耗状况紧密联系,可以进行准确计算和比较的。由此提出了新的能耗计算方法及评价模式。 Simply using the traditional way, according to the production scale of a business, melting or molding(coring) methods and used equipment to evaluate the status of energy consumption(waste) of a casting enterprise, to determine the fate of the enterprise is not accurate and not perfect. After research on the relationship between a enterprise sales revenue and enterprise energy consumption, and the relationship between the industrial added value and the energy consumption of a casting enterprise, a view was proposed that regardless of the property of a foundry business, organization mode, scale, market position, production areas and production methods and means how to change, they can only change the absolute and constitutes form of the total energy consumption of the casting enterprises. The unit energy consumption based on sales and industrial added value to closely contact the production and operation situation of the enterprises with the energy situation, which can be accurately calculated and compared. Thus a new calculating method and evaluating model for energy consumption of casting enterprise was proposed.
