脑功能偏侧性及其影响因素的fMRI研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 大脑的功能偏侧性在近一个半世纪中,经历了从被人们发现到认识逐渐深入的过程。近年fMRI技术越来越多地运用到脑功能偏侧性的研究中,更多的脑功能被发现存在偏侧性,主要存在偏侧性的脑功能包括运动功能、感觉功能、认知及语言功能。脑功能偏侧性受多种因素的影响,本文综述了近年来有关大脑功能偏侧性及其影响因素的fMRI研究,提出应深入研究利手因素与疾病的相关性,为脑功能偏侧性的临床应用提供理论基础。
