摘要
对薄壁多筋的铸件进行了工艺分析 ,设计了一种特殊形状的内浇口 ,并经过理论计算 ,确定了压铸机床的型号。模具设计采用了合理的镶件结构 ,解决了滑块在抽芯过程中的强度不足以及模架刚性不足等问题。在二次分型机构的作用下 ,模具工作自如。
After a technological analysis of the thin-wall ribbed diecasting parts, an inner gate of special shape was designed. Through theoretical calculations, the type of the diecasting machine tool was determined. The design of the die adopted reasonable insert structure, which solved the problem of the slide short of strength and the die sets short of rigidity in the core-pulling process. Under the action of the twice-parting mechanism, the die works well.
