成像环节对SPECT图像质量的影响

The influences of imaging sections on SPECT image quality

本文回顾分析某院2011年1月至2013年9月行SPECT检查的11 969例患者中158例所出现的非优质图像表现及其可能影响SPECT图像质量的成像因素,以期能规范各成像环节的相关操作要点,减少或避免影响图像质量的相关因素,从而获得更优质的图像。

This article retrospectively analyzed the non-top imaging quality of 11 969 patients who accepted single photon emission computed tomography（SPECT） examination from Jan. 2011 to Sep. 2013 in a certain hospital. 158 eases with non-high-performance im age appeared. The influences of imaging factors on the SPECT pictures quality were analyzed. It is expected to get higher quality pictures by standardizing the operational points and reduce or avoid these factors.
