摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征由于长期的间歇性低氧血症引起氧化应激反应,从而诱导多种炎症因子的表达,白细胞介素作为一类重要的炎症因子,与该种疾病本身及其并发症都有一定的相关性.本文探讨了多种白细胞介素的水平与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征严重程度及并发症的相关性,提出了可能的新的检验指标,为深入探讨OSAHS的发病机制、临床评估、预后及疗效评估提供一定参考价值。 The long-term intermittent hypoxemia in obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) causes oxidative stress re sponse. In this way,it induces the expressions of multi-inflammatory factors. As an important inflammatory factor, the interleukin relates with this disease itself and its complications. This paper will explore and discuss the relationship between the level of muhi-interleukin and the severity of OSAHS, and also its complications. The new examine standard has been proposed in order to provide the referent val ues for pathogenesis,clinical evaluation,prognosis and effects judgment of OSAHS.
