肿瘤干细胞蛋白质组学研究的新策略 被引量:1

摘要 正常增生组织含有能驱动组织转归的多能干细胞(SCs)。它不仅能够维持自我更新,而且能形成一个增生的过度扩增腔,并最终形成具有特殊功能的分裂期后分化细胞。如果组织发生损伤,干细胞也能驱动损伤组织的再生。相反,过度扩增细胞和分化细胞不能进行自我更新和组织再生。肿瘤干细胞理论认为,肿瘤中也存在驱动肿瘤生长和转移的干样细胞。但是人们对肿瘤中的干细胞维持通路的调控,以及肿瘤特异性遗传变异与治疗对干细胞维持通路的影响,知之甚少。蛋白质组学是应用多种技术手段来研究蛋白质组的一门新兴学科,它能鉴定、控制多能性和干细胞分化的各种信号传导复合物和通路。本文就肿瘤干细胞的生物学特征、蛋白质组学在肿瘤干细胞研究和质谱分析中的应用作一综述,期望这些信息有助于对肿瘤干细胞生物学的深入研究。
