摘要
通过对密封罩零件成形难点的分析 ,提出了适当有效的工艺方案 ,在对成形工艺方案进行分析比较的基础上 ,设计了5副模具成形该零件 。
Through the analysis of the difficulties for forming the sealing cowl part, the appropriate and effective technological process was proposed. Based on the analysis and comparison of different forming processes, 5 sets of dies were designed to process the part. The main design points of the dies were stated.
