咳嗽是一种常见的临床症状。上气道咳嗽综合征(UACS)是咳嗽的常见病因之一,在许多文献中也被称为后鼻孔滴漏综合征,其发生与多种常见鼻和鼻窦疾病有关。在临床实践中,及时正确地诊断和治疗鼻及鼻窦相关疾病对缓解咳嗽症状具有重要意义。

Cough is one of the most common symptoms encountered both in primary care and in specialist clinics. Upper airway cough syndrome （UACS）, often called postnasal drip syndrome, is one of the major causes of cough due to various nasal and paranasal sinuses diseases. In clinical practice, early diagnosis of UACS and followed by appropriate treatment will enhance the efficacy and improve the quality of life of the patients.
