十二指肠非典型脂肪瘤性肿瘤一例

摘要 病例资料 患者，男，68岁，因上腹部不适，黑便4天，伴头晕、心悸1天入院。体检：T36．5C。P78次／分．R20次／分，BP124／60mmHg，贫血貌，精神差,腹平软，未雎痛及反跳痛．未触及明显包块，肠呜占正常。实验室检查：血红蛋白74g／L，
