扩散张量成像和纤维示踪技术在脊髓型颈椎病的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 目前磁共振检查是诊断脊髓型颈椎病(cervical spondy-lotic myelopathy,CSM)最可靠的非侵人性方法。常规磁共振成像能够直观地显示受压脊髓的形态和髓内异常信号,但对于早期损伤的微观变化并不敏感。磁共振扩散成像已被广泛应用于脑实质病变的早期诊断。近年来,随着成像技术的改进,扩散张量成像(diffusion tensor image,DTI)及纤维束追踪成像(diffusion tensor tractography,DTT)对早期诊断CSM及评价预后具有重要意义。笔者就其成像原理、
