摘要
链轮是重要的船用铸件 ,铸造后经磁粉探伤发现存在缺陷 ,由于这些缺陷大多是微观缺陷 ,以前没有统一的定论。通过对实际铸件的取样显微观察分析 ,并利用数值模拟软件FT Star对链轮进行了凝固模拟计算 ,断定缺陷大多是缩孔和缩松。经过反复模拟计算和改进工艺 ,基本上消除了铸件的缺陷 。
No consensus exists previously of micro defects in sprocket gear castings found by magnetic powder inspection.Shrinkage cavity and micro shrinkage porosity have been decided to be such defect through sampling from sprocket gear casting and micro examination analysis and application of FT Star in solidification simulation.By repeated simulation calculation and improvement on process,defects have been eliminated radically with yield of sprocket gear improved.
