摘要
目前,肿瘤的发病率逐年增加,且严重危害人类健康,然而其发生和发展机制仍未阐明。新近研究发现,一类长度约22个核苷酸的内源性非编码RNA分子——微RNA(microRNA,miRNA)在肿瘤的发生和发展过程中具有重要调控作用。微RNA-7(microRNA-7,miR-7)是miRNAs家族的重要成员之一。现有的研究显示,miR-7与包括乳腺癌和肺癌在内多种肿瘤的发生、生长、转移以及预后等密切相关,推测其可作为肿瘤临床诊治的新靶标。本文就miR-7与肿瘤的相关研究进展进行综述。
Tumor incidence rates increased gradually over time with life-threatening damages to human health. However, the mechanism of tumor development has not been fully elucidated. Recent studies have shown that a kind of endogenous non-coding RNA molecules about 22 nt long, termed as microRNA (miRNA), plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors, microRNA-7 (miR-7) is an important member of miRNAs family. The current studies reported that miR-7 is closely related to the occurrence, growth, metastasis and prognosis of various malignant tumors such as breast cancer and lung cancer, and so on. It suggests that miR-7 might be used as a new target of clinical diagnosis and treatment of various tumors. The related research progression in the relationship between miR-7 and tumors is reviewed in this paper.
