摘要
在现代化的铸造生产中 ,砂芯通常是采用射砂的方法来制造的 ,而射砂过程通常会受到多方面因素的影响。为了获得优质的砂芯 ,必须对射砂过程有充分的了解。本文利用高速摄影直接观察的方法对射砂过程进行了研究 ,同时还对砂芯内的密度分布进行了测试。在此基础上 ,对射砂过程的紧实机理进行了探讨 ,认为对砂子的紧实起作用的因素主要是砂粒的动能作用 ,并且气体的压力也有一定的作用。整个射砂过程可以分为三个阶段 ,在不同的阶段 。
In modern sand casting process, cores are normally produced with shooting process, which is affected by many factors.To get quality cores, core shooting process must be well known.This paper reports the result of direct observation of shooting process with high speed camera and the density distribution of the cores.The compaction mechanism has been studied with the experimental results.It has been found that cores were compacted mainly by kinetic energy of sand, and air pressure also affected the compaction of cores.The whole shooting process could be separated into three stages.The main compacting forces of the sand are also different in different stage.
