血清维生素D水平与2型糖尿病周围神经病变的关系 被引量:50

Association between the level of serum vitamin D and peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetic patients

摘要 目的分析2型糖尿病患者25羟维生素D水平与糖尿病周围神经病变的关系。方法选择80例2型糖尿病患者进行横断面研究,其中包括37例糖尿病周围神经病变患者和43例无糖尿病周围神经病变患者。收集所有患者临床资料,测量血清25羟维生素D水平及HbA1c、血脂、肝肾功能。结果糖尿病周围神经病变患者血清25羟维生素D水平显著低于无糖尿病周围神经病变患者[(12.73±4.68对17.56±5.28)ng/ml,P〈0.01]。Logistic回归分析发现25羟维生素D水平与糖尿病周围神经病变的发生相关(OR=1.222,95%CI 1.095~1.364)。结论维生素D缺乏与糖尿病周围神经病变的发生相关,维生素D水平可能是2型糖尿病患者周围神经病变发生的独立危险因素。 Objective To evaluate the relationship between 25-( OH ) vitamin D [ 25-( OH ) D ] level and peripheral neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled in this cross-sectional study, including 37 subjects with and 43 without diabetic neuropathy. Anthropometric data was collected and serum levels of 25-(OH) D, HbA1c, blood lipid, and hepatic and renal functions were determined in all patients. Results Serum 25-(OH) D level was significantly lower in patients with diabetic neuropathy compared to those without neuropathy [ ( 12.73 ±4.68 vs 17.56 ± 5. 28 ) ng/ml, P〈 0.01 ]. Logistic regressions demonstrated that vitamin D level was associated with diabetic neuropathy ( OR = 1. 222, 95% CI 1. 095-1. 364). Conclusions Vitamin D insufficiency is associated with diabetic peripheral neuro- pathy. 25-(OH) D level seems to be an independent risk factor of diabetic neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
