摘要
采用试验和有限元分析相结合的方法开展双剪切连接件钉传载荷研究。数值模拟得到的双剪切连接件钉传载荷与试验结果相吻合,验证了有限元模型的正确性。在此模型基础上分析了过盈量对钉传载荷分配比率的影响。结果表明:第一排螺栓传载最大,约占50%;随过盈量增大,第一排螺栓传载比率增大。
The experiment research and finite element simulation on pin load distribution of double shear joint were carried out. The finite element simulation results exhibit a good agreement with the experiment results, which indicates that the pin load distribution can be well analyzed by finite element simulation. Based on the model, the effect of interference fit on pit load distribution was considered. The results show that the pin load distribution of the first column is largest, about 50% of total load. With increasing interference fit, the pin load distribution of the first column increases.
