摘要
通过采用Gleeble-3800试验机对Sanicro25钢进行了热压缩试验,对Sanicro25钢的应力一应变曲线、再结晶行为进行了研究。研究结果表明:峰值应力随着变形速率的增加而增加,随变形温度的升高而降低。相同应变速率下,变形温度越高,实验钢越容易发生动态再结晶。相同变形温度时,随着变形速率的增加,实验钢的晶粒尺寸减小,晶粒度增加。Z参数处于3.16×1022-3.16×10^23时,实验钢可得到细小的等轴晶。计算了Sanicr025钢的热变形方程。
The hot compressing deformation behavior of Sanicro 25 was investigated on Gleeble3800 hot simulator. The stress-strain curve of the steel was studied. The research results show that the peak stress increases significantly with the increase of deformation rate and decreases with the increase of deformation temperature. Under the same strain rate, the higher the deformation temperature is, the easier the dynamic recrystallization is. Under the same deformation temperature, with the increase of deformation rate, the grain size of the test steel reduces. When Z parameter is between 3.16×1022-3.16×1023, the experimental steel can be fine equiaxed crystal. The thermal deformation equation of the steel can be gotten.
