摘要 以航空用铝锂合金2090-T83为研究对象,研究了合金化过程中Cu、Zn、Mn、Mg、Zr、In、Cd、Ge、Ag、Ce、La、Y和Sc等元素对合金强度、塑韧性、强化作用、腐蚀性能、焊接性及各向异性的影响及Ag、Mg元素对合金时效硬化的影响。结果表明:Cu、Zr、Ge、Sc、Ce、La和Y元素影响合金强度及塑韧性,Zn、Sc元素影响合金的腐蚀性能,Mn、Ce、La、Y元素影响合金各向异性,Mg、Ag、In、Cd元素影响合金的强化性能,Sc元素影响合金焊接性及热裂纹敏感性,Ag元素对合金时效强化效应很小,Mg元素对时效强化效应较大,Ag和Mg两元素结合对合金时效强化效应很大。 Taking Al-Li alloy 2090-T83 as research object, and the effects of Cu, Zn, Mn, Mg, Zr, In, Cd, Ge, Ag, Ce, La Y and Sc elements on the alloy strength, plasticity and toughness, strengthening, corrosion resistance, weldability and anisotropic during the alloying process were studied, as well as the effect of Ag and Mg alloy elements on the age hardening. The results show that Cu, Z, Ge, Sc, Ce, La and Y elements affect the alloy plasticity and toughness. The Zn and Sc elements affect the alloy corrosion. The Mn, Ce, La and Y elements affect the alloy anisotropy. The Mg, Ag, In, Cd elements affect the alloy strengthening performance. The Sc element affects the alloy weldability and hot cracking susceptibility. The Ag element has very small effects on the alloy aging hardening. The Mg element has larger effect on the alloy aging hardening. The Ag and Mg combining pairs have greatly effects on the alloy aging hardening.
