摘要
利用CMT5205试验机对经过微弧氧化处理的7075铝合金试样进行拉伸实验。运用Matlab最小二乘多项式函数方法对拉伸试样建立名义应力-应变曲线。根据弹塑性理论知识,将名义应力-应变曲线转化为真实应力-应变曲线。此曲线中的非线性均匀变形阶段拟合得到铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷层本构方程。
The 7075 aluminum alloy by micro-arc oxidation was conducted tensile experiment using the CMT5205 tester. Tensile samples are established nominal stress-strain curve using the Matlab least squares polynomial function. According to the plasticity theory knowledge, the nominal stress-strain curve was translated into the true stress-strain curve. Nonlinear uniform deformation stage of the stress-strain curve fitting obtains the constitutive equation of ceramic layer of aluminum alloy by micro-arc oxidation.
