摘要
采用等离子一步喷焊法和二步喷焊法,在热锻模膜腔内,用Cr3C2含量分别为10%、20%和30%的Ni60-Cr3C2粉末制备覆层;并对覆层进行显微组织分析和显微硬度测试,以及覆层的热物性参数进行检测。实验结果表明,采用等离子一步喷焊法,配比为90%Ni60+10%Cr3C2的粉末得到涂层性能最好,同时具有良好的显微硬度和热物性。
Ni-based Cr3C2 alloy coating with different content Cr3C2 including 10%, 20%, 30% powder was obtained on surface of hot forging die by one-step plasma spray welding and two-step plasma spray welding. Microstructure and micro-hardness analysis of the coating layer were followed, as well as tests to measure thermophysical properties for the coating layer. The results show that choosing one-step plasma spray welding, the coating prepared with 90%Ni60 and 10% Cr3C2 powder has the best properties, meanwhile, the better microhardness and thermop-hysical properties are obtained.
