摘要
采用复合电沉积技术在45钢基体表面制备了Ni-WC复合镀层,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射以及能谱分析对复合镀层的截面形貌及相结构进行了观察分析,探讨了镀液中WC颗粒含量对镀层显微硬度及摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,WC颗粒均匀地分散于镀层中并由Ni基质包覆,镀层与基体结合良好,镀态下镀层为晶态结构。当镀液中WC颗粒含量为25g/L时,镀层的显微硬度、摩擦磨损性能均达到最佳。
Ni-WC composite coatings were prepared on medium carbon steel 45 by composite electrodeposition method. The morphologies and phases of Ni-WC composite coating were studied by SEM, EDS and XRD. The influences of WC concentration in bath on micro-hardness and wear resistance of the composite coating were investigated. The results indicate that WC particles are uniformly distributed in the coating, Ni-WC composite coating showes a good adhesion to the substrate. And the structure of Ni matrix is crystalline. Ni-WC composite coating with 25 g/L WC particles in bath exhibites a maximal micro-hardness and wear resistance.
