摘要
通过对17CrNiMo6、18Cr2Ni4W、22CrMoH三种汽车合金钢进行正火、正火+高温回火以及等温退火等不同热处理工艺试验,综合分析热处理工艺对合金钢金相组织、力学性能和切屑性能的影响,并以此提出各材料合理的热处理工艺。
Based on the widely used 17CrNiMo6, 18Cr2Ni4W and 22CrMoH three kinds of automobile steels, different heat treatment processes (normalizing, normalizing+tempering and isothermal annealing) were carried out. Effects of heat treatment process on microstructure, mechanical properties and cutting performance were studied, and the reasonable heat treatment process of materials was put forward.
