摘要
通过XRD、OM等研究手段分析了预备热处理对铸造高速钢晶界碳化物形貌变化的影响。结果表明:等温温度为780℃时,等温球化退火高速钢碳化物分布最均匀;调质热处理在720℃时为短棒状或球状组成的网状碳化物;调质热处理能更好地调节材料硬度。
Effects of preheat treatments on change of carbide morphologies of cast HSS were analyzed by XRD, OM. The results show that the carbides in grain are most steady and uniform when the isothermal temperature is 780 ℃. The network carbides are composed of the globular and short rod-shaped carbon compounds in the sample tempering at 720 ℃. And the hardness is better after quenching and tempering treatment.
