摘要
通过搭建激光淬火实验平台,分别对45钢和40Cr材料进行激光淬火实验研究,获得了激光淬火的最佳的工艺参数:搭接率40%-50%,扫描速度16mm/s,离焦量40mm。使用此工艺参数,使硬度提升了61.5%,验证了该淬火方法的可行性.具有一定的实践应用意义。
Laser quenching of 45 steel and 40Cr was carried out through putting up experiment platform of laser quenching. The optimal machining parameters were obtained, that is the overlapping ratio 40%-50%, scanning speed 16 mm/s, the focal distances 40mm. Using this process parameters, the hardness is increased to 61.5%, the results show that this laser quenching method is feasible and provided with a certain practical application significance.
