伴显著血小板增多的难治性环铁幼粒细胞性贫血一例

1 病例介绍
患者 女，61岁。因“乏力3个月，加重1周”于2012年6月5日入院。入院前3个月患者因全身酸痛、乏力就诊于我院门诊，血常规示：血小板计数（PLT）升高达965×10^9／L，血红蛋白（Hb）106g／L，白细胞计数（WBC）9×10^9／L，中性粒细胞比例64％，淋巴细胞比例36％；外周血JAK2 V617F基因突变呈阳性；诊断为“原发性血小板增多症（ET）”。
