未诊断的肝脏异位嗜铬细胞瘤术中突发严重高血压处理一例

摘要 1 病例介绍患者女，47岁。因“自觉发热3＋年”入院，发热时间不定，双足明显，无心悸、头晕、头痛、黑嚎等不适，入院前5d于当地医院行腹部CT及肝脏彩色多普勒超声检查发现肝脏左外叶占位性病变，余未见明显异常。
