摘要
采用试制埋弧焊丝WS0 3 ,匹配烧结焊剂SJ10 1,对低合金高强钢WDL610D进行了埋弧焊工艺适应性研究。结果表明 ,热输入在 2 1kJ/cm~ 3 4kJ/cm范围内 ,按照不同的焊接性能试验标准 ,埋弧焊接头性能都可以达到母材的性能指标 ,满足工程结构的焊接要求 。
Submerged arc welding of high strength low alloy steel WDL610D is researched by using new developing welding wire WS03 and matching agglomerated flux SJ101. In the case of 21 kg/cm~34 kJ/cm energy input, the SAW joints can get higher mechanical properties than the property requirements of basic metal, these results have been proved by tests according to different engineering standards. The work also shows the energy input must be controlled to avoid the decrease of joints strength and low toughness of welding heat affect zone.$$$$
