Mineral Processing of Certain Foreign Molybdenum Ore

摘要 针对国外某钼矿进行了详尽的工艺矿物学研究,原矿石是长英质岩石中含钼的硫化矿矿石,可回收的目的矿物为辉钼矿,其含量为0.172%。原矿中矿物种类多,赋存关系复杂,脉石矿物主要是钾长石、石英等硅酸盐矿物。辉钼矿整体粒度较粗,呈不规则片状叠加的集合体形式和呈板状、条状、针状自形晶形式存在。根据矿石性质,并从经济陈本的角度考虑,进行了单一浮选试验,最终确定原矿一段磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占65%,煤油作为浮选捕收剂进行一次粗选一次扫选,可抛除95.10%的尾矿;粗精矿进行两次精选,两次精选得到的中矿和扫选泡沫合并进行中矿再选后得到可丢弃的小尾矿;两次精选得到的粗精矿进行再磨,再磨细度为-0.048 mm占70%,再磨后进行三次精选,最终可得到品位为48.36%,回收率92.44%的钼精矿。 Process mineralogy test was conducted for foreign molybdenum ore, the raw ore was sulphide ore containing molybdenum and existing in the felsic rocks, the molybdenite was a recoverable ore, and the content was 0. 172%. These minerals were variety and occurrence states of them were complicated in the raw ore. The main gangue minerals were potassium feldspar, quartz and other silicate minerals. The overall size of molybdenite were coarse, and existing for a collection of irregular flake stack or euhedral crystal of needle, plate, strip. According to the nature of the ore and the perspective economic cost, a single flotation tests were carried out, and final determined that grinding fineness in single-stage grinding was -0.074 mm accounting for 65% and kerosene used as collectors for one roughing and one scavenging, and produced 95.01% of tailings; rough concentrate were two cleaning, merging the middlings of two times cleaning with foam of scavenging carried on middlings re-selection to get the discard tailings; rough concentrate was obtained by two cleaning conducted regrind and the grinding fineness was - 0.048 mm which accounted for 70%, the regrind production was floated by two cleaning. A molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 48.36% and the Mo recovery of 92.44% was obtained.
