The Design of Product Graphic Databases for Furniture Enterprises

家具制造企业信息化不断发展,一些大型企业产品系列种类繁多,但产品零、部件缺乏系统管理,型号数据列表枯燥乏味。随着企业的发展,新产品不断涌现,产品数量越来越多,族群越来越庞大,此时管理好产品数据对于企业的进一步发展有关键的作用。为了提高设计以及生产效率,需要研究出适用于家具企业的产品图形数据库。利用微软公司的SQL SERVER软件和JAVA语言进行数据库建设,结合三维模型软件SolidWorks,在对产品零、部件数据进行合理归纳的基础上,使该数据库具有数据编辑、浏览、查询等基本功能。利用平面软件111ustrator设计数据库操作界面,并且与数据库后台相连接,使用户操作简易直观。家具企业使用产品图形数据库能够提高设计效率,降低生产成本,系统产品管理,提升家具企业的市场竞争力。

With the development of the informatization of the furniture manufacturing enterprises, the large variety of the products series has led to the lack of product parts system management in some large furniture enterprises. In order to improve the design and production efficiency, it is necessary to develop the suitable product database pattern for the furniture enterprises. The database with the basic functions such as data editing, browsing, and querying was constructed by using Microsoft SQL SERVER, Solid- Works and Illustrator on the basis of the induction of the product data. The application of product graphic database can promote enterprise competitive capability by improving the design efficiency, reducing the production costs, and systematizing the product management.
