内耳钆增强磁共振造影在梅尼埃病诊断中的发展与应用 被引量:2

The development and application of MRI of the inner ear after gadolinium injections in the diagnosis of Meniere′s disease

摘要 梅尼埃病是以反复发作性眩晕、波动性听力下降、耳鸣及耳胀满感为主要特征的内耳疾病。1938年Hallpike通过尸体颞骨病理切片研究首先报道了梅尼埃病的主要特征是膜迷路积水,之后这一特征逐渐被广为认可。但由于临床上无法行活体内耳病理检查,所以目前其临床诊断主要依赖典型临床症状, Summary Due to the lack of objective examination method, the diagnosis of Meniere's disease mainly relies on subjective symptoms. MRI of the inner ear after gadolinium injections had become a new technology in otology in recent years. The image can clearly distinguish perilymph from endolymph in the labyrinth and can be applied to the imaging diagnosis, evaluation of treatment and the pathogenesis research of Meniere's disease. This article is a review of the development and the application in clinical research of this new technology.
