摘要
介绍了非调质钢 ( 30 Mn VS)和 ( 35Mn VN)弯、直臂与调质钢 ( 4 0 Cr)弯、直臂的材料力学性能和疲劳试验 ,并依据 3种材料的对比试验结果 ,选定 30 Mn VS钢或 35Mn VN钢为汽车弯、直臂用材 ,并与用 40 Cr钢制造弯、直臂进行了综合性比较分析。
The mechanical properties and the durability test of non quenched tempered steels (30MnVS and 35MnVN) and quenched and tempered steel (40Cr) produced bending arm and extending arm are introduced in this paper.According to the contrast test results and internal quality test, it is chosen that 30MnVS or 35MnVN as material of automobile bending arm and extending arm.This paper also provide a general analysis for the material substitution effects from 40Cr.
