等离子加热中间罐流体流动和传热行为的物理模拟

Physical modeling of fluid flow and heat transfer in tundish with plasma heating

采用水模在线加热研究等离子加热中间罐内流体温度的分布。实验结果表明,实行等离子加热,中间罐内流体温度分布不均,上表面温度高,底部温度低。采用不同的挡墙安放在不同位置对中间罐流体的温度影响较大。

The distribution of temperature in tundish during on-line plasma heating was investigated with water modeling. The experimental results show that the temperature in tundish with plasma heating is not homogeneous,and the temperature near the free surface is higher than that of the bottom. In addition, the different dams and locations have a great effect on the distribution of temperature in tundish.
