摘要 目的分析夫精人工授精(AIH)失败的原因。方法对2009年01月至2011年12月在我院行AIH失败的患者随访2年,分析对比原发不育组和继发不育组2年内治疗及妊娠结局,分析影响AIH结局的相关因素。结果原发不育组AIH失败自然妊娠率明显高于继发不育组;继发不育组腹腔镜下盆腔粘连发生率显著高于原发不育组。结论继发不育组盆腔粘连是影响AIH失败的主要原因,对于继发不育AIH失败的患者应及时对盆腔尤其是输卵管进行检查并治疗。 Objective: Analysis of affecting factors related with failure of artificial insemination with husband's sperm(AIH). Methods: The women with failure of AIH were telephoned follow-up for 2 years from Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2011. The women were divided into primary infertility group and secondary infertility group, The women's pregnancy status and treatment experience were recorded for analyzing the affecting factors related with failure of AIH. Results: The natural pregnant rate in primary infertility group was higher than that in secondary infertility group. The incidence of:pelvic adhesion confirmed by laparoscopy in secondary infertility group was higher than primary infertility grouP. Conclusions: There were more pelvic factors in secondary infertility group than primary infertility group. The early laparoscopic treatment for the patients with secondary infertility after failed AIH is necessary.
