原位20Mg_2Si/Al复合材料变质工艺优化 被引量:1

Modification Process Optimization of In situ 20Mg2Si/Al Composites Based on Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 通过正交试验,对原位20Mg2Si/Al复合材料中的初生Mg2Si进行变质处理。结果表明,最佳的工艺参数是:P的加入量为0.03%,混合稀土的加入量为0.4%,变质温度为780℃,变质时间为30min。在影响变质效果的因素中,P的加入量对变质效果影响最大。混合稀土、变质温度和变质时间对试验有一定的影响。 Through designing orthogonal experiment, modification treatments were performed on the primary MgzSi phase in in-situ 20Mg2Si/A1 composites. The results show that the optimized process parameter is presented as follows: 0.03 % P addition, 0.4 % mixed rare earth and the modification temperature of 780 ℃ as well as 30 rain of the modification time. The key influencing factors are P addition, and then mixed RE addition, modification temperature and modification time.
