第三次工业革命与我国高校人才培养的变革

The Third Industrial Revolution and the Reform of Talents Training of Universities in China

以新能源、新材料、新技术与数字制造技术、互联网技术、再生能源技术的创生、融合与应用为主要特征的第三次工业革命对人才培养提出七大要求:多样化人才的培养、个性化人才的培养、学习型人才的培养、国际化人才的培养、复合型人才的培养、信息型人才和创新型人才的培养。在分析这七大人才特征的基础上,文章深刻剖析了我国高校人才培养存在问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的建议和举措,以期为我国高校人才培养模式的改革提供参考。

With the new energy , new material , new technology and digital manufacturing technology , internet technology , the producing renewable energy technology , fusing and application as the main characteristics of the third industrial revolution ,the seven requirements of talents training were proposed in the paper ,the training of di-verse talents , the individualized talents , talents of learning type , international talents and the compound talents . Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the seven talents , the problems existing in the talents training of uni-versities in China were analyzed in detail .In view of the problems , the corresponding suggestion and measures were put forward , which provide some references for the reform of talents training mode of universities in China .
