摘要
大学教师是一个具有智性特质的群体,三种传统说法都没有充分认识到这一点。理论的落后反映于管理实践,就表现为大学教师在管理中被高度简化。大学组织想要从复杂的现象中脱身而出,认为可以通过尽可能多地制定规则以获取具有"化简"功能的管理模式,因此,对大学教师一方面采用标准化的行为管理,另一方面采用量化的价值管理,同时,在事务性管理上全面依赖电子化技术。复杂性管理科学发现,大量规则正在对大学教师群体及其智性形成管理"胁迫"。
The university teacher is the group of intellectual personality , and three kinds of conventional wis-dom didn't fully realize it .The backwardness of theory is reflected in management practice , and the result is that the university teachers are highly simplified in the managment .If university organization wants to get out of the complex phenomenon , it is believed that making the rules as much as possible will get the management mode of simplified function .Therefore, on the one hand ,the university teachers should be under standardized behavior man-agement , on the other hand they should be under the quantitative value evaluation .At the same time ,the affairs ma nagement should fully rely on electronic technology .Complexity management science found that a large number of rules become stress on the management of university teachers ’ group and theirs intellectuality .
