摘要
本文通过对传统需求理论的回顾与反思,提出了系统需求理论,具体包括个人基本需求定律、个人需求的层次定律、个人需求的系统定律和系统需求定律。系统需求理论的本质就是经济系统(包括个人)的需求由维持其耗散结构所需要的负熵流内在的决定;需求在系统中产生,也只能在其相应的系统中满足和实现。
Based on the review of the traditional theories of demands , this article proposed the theory of systematic demands ,which include the law of personal basic demands ,the hierarchical law of personal de-mands,the systematic law of personal demands and the law of systematic demands .The main idea of the theories of systematic demands is that the demand of the economic system （ including individuals ） is in-ternally decided by the negative entropy flow which just maintaining the dissipative structure of the sys -tem;Demands are created in the system and just can be satisfied in the system .
