中国社会科学院民族学与人类学研究所徐世璇研究员,致力于汉藏语言、濒危语言的研究实践和理论探索近30年,著述颇丰。尤其是作为濒危语言研究和语言纪录典藏的先觉者,于民族语言及其文化的保护与传承这一前沿领域所进行的开拓性研究,具有深远的社会意义和现实影响。

Xu Shixuan,a researcher of Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology in Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, who has been committing herself in the theoretical and practical exploration of Sino--Tibetan languages and endangered languages,has written a lot of works. She,as a pioneer in the study of endangered languages and observation of language documents, conducts pioneering study in the protection and inheritance of minority languages and culture, which has far--reaching impact in society.
