摘要 在分析Halbach电机结构及磁场特性的基础上,对三种Halbach结构永磁伺服电机性能进行了对比研究,并对极间隔断Halbach永磁伺服电机在气隙长度、磁体厚度、磁体块数、磁极配比对径向气隙磁场的影响进行研究,以找出结构尺寸对电机性能影响的一般规律。提出了两种新型Halbach电机改进结构,并对性能进行了仿真研究,最后确定了优化的Halbach电机结构。 On the basis of analyzing the Halbach motor structure and magnetic properties,the comparative study on the performance of three kinds structure of Halbach permanent magnet servo motor was carried on.The influence of radial airgap magnetic field was studied for the interelectrode partition of halbach permanent magnet servo motor in the air gap length,thickness of magnet,magnet blocks,magnetic pole ratio to find out the general rule of structure size's affecting the performance of motor.Two new Halbach motor improved structure was put forward,the performance of new Halbach motor was simulated,and finally the optimal halbach motor structure was determined.
