摘要
南水北调中线禹长段工程在初步选定渠道边坡抗滑桩断面及人工成孔方法后,为保证工程进度及施工安全,将成孔方法调整为机械成孔法,并依据不同地质条件分别选用了液压抓斗和旋挖钻两种设备展开现场生产性试验。根据现场试验结果,调整了抗滑桩设计断面,满足了机械化施工要求。在施工过程中,抗滑桩布置实施动态设计管理,减少了工程量并节约了工程投资,技术经济成效明显。
The anti-slide pile section and artificial hole-forming mode of Yuzhou to Changge section of Middle Route Project of South to North Water Diversion was determined initially,so the hole-forming by machine was adopted to guarantee the construction progress and safety.In-situ trail tests of hydraulic grab and auger drill was carried out respectively according to different geological stratum,based on which,the previous anti-slide pile section was adjusted to meet mechanical construction requirements.During construction,the layout of anti-slide pile stuck to the principle of dynamic design,which had reduced engineering quantity and saved cost.
